How much does Beacon cost?

Is there a free trial?

Yes. We offer a 14-day free trial with full platform access. A brief setup call is included to get you started. No credit card required.

Do Beacon plans require a contract?

Beacon plans run on a one-year minimum agreement. Billing frequency depends on contract size: smaller contracts are billed monthly by credit card or ACH, mid-size contracts are invoiced quarterly in advance, and larger contracts are invoiced annually in advance. Your rates are locked for the length of your term. If our published prices go up, yours do not change until renewal. You can use the free trial to validate the fit before committing. Multi-year discounts are available.

What is included in onboarding and support?

Every plan includes guided setup resources, training materials, and support. White-glove onboarding, data migration, and implementation services are available and billed as a monthly retainer for the duration of the engagement, so total cost depends on scope and how quickly your team moves. Is there a limit on how much I can use?

No. There are no case or inventory limits on any plan. You pay for seats and features, not volume. For accounts whose usage is dramatically out of step with their seat count, we may reach out to find the right plan, but you will never be blocked mid-case or billed a surprise overage. Seats and premium features can be added at any time, prorated for the remainder of your current billing period and invoiced on your existing payment schedule.
